Wordless Wednesday: Senior Moments

Crash doesn’t know what he wants when it comes to food anymore. Sometimes we like food, sometimes we don’t. If we really want him to eat though, we can’t give him more than a tiny spoonful at a time or he walks away. So he gets fed a tiny spoonful every few minutes until he goes to sleep. The things we do for our seniors. Apparently here, he couldn’t decide if it was nap time or food time.

I am an uber-picky eater – maybe my human should try that with me! Plus I like the idea of her being at my beck and call even more than she already is.

Sparkle, you could make it the latest trend for picky eaters! Design a bed with a food bowl near by so you can wake from a nap and get a bite to eat without moving. Of course the food bowl would have to be removable for when you don’t want to sleep near the food.

We’re sorry that Crash still doesn’t want to eat. At this time you just have to support him anyway that you can and give him lots of extra loving. Purrs and hugs from the kitties at The Cat on My Head, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette

I think the desire is there, but there is too much nausea; between his kidneys and his pancreas the poor boy just has it bad. Thankfully we found some good drugs for him!
